The National RAID Network was launched in December 2014 by Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. The vision was to create a platform for staff working in RAID (Rapid Assessment Interface and Discharge) and other liaison mental health services.
ChilledWeb were asked to design a responsive website with a look and feel that will reflect the customers existing brand. The website would be centred around the RAID 'community' and support them by providing a secure Forum to exchange best practice, ideas, experiences and resource materials.
ChilledWeb created a secure online Forum and Content Management System that their staff are able to easily manage and administer.
ChilledWeb provided training for key members of staff and uploaded all their current content; thus ensuring the website was ready from day one.
The new website is hosted on ChilledWeb servers in our datacenter, this delivers high availability, speed of access, unlimited disk volumes and bandwidth.
